Today we had from Doug Lang Fitness on the show to talk with us about personel fitness and supplements. Glen preached about his views on being as fit as possible for a few min, he couldn't help himself. Doug also shared with us his views on supplements and which ones he recommends for his clients. Not all supplements are created equal and some are only created to make money, look for the ones that have been around for awhile and don't always hop on the newest fanciest thing on the market. Today Glen and John talk about some of the ways you can train without using high round counts or even any live fire at all. There are plenty of drills out there that don't require live rounds, just get on google and do some research. There are also drills out there that require very few rounds and can be preformed at any public range. If you are conducting dry practice be sure to clear all weapons and have no live ammunition present while training. Gibbz Arms also has a new side charging AR style rifle that is completely California Compliant and requires no bullet button and accepts AR box mags, all while having no pistol grip to speak of. Today we all gathered round to talk about some of our favorite weapon malfunctions as well as some of the more useless firearm accessories we have seen. As usual we started out talking about some current events including Glens recent trip in a hot air balloon and ending with the U.S. Marines who are still missing in Hawaii after a chopper crash. Then we talked about bolt overides and double feeds and rounded it off by talking about rail mounted knives and rotating quad rails.
