Today we talked about functional fitness and how you can incorporate it into your everyday life. It doesn't have to be your standard push-ups, sit-ups and a run. It is possible to make everyday activities into fitness opportunities. You don't have to do this crossfit, p90X and zumba stuff to stay in shape. Another great way to stay fit for parents is to go out and play with the kids this is great for two reason, it keeps you fit and it also sets a good example for your children.
