Today we talked about functional fitness and how you can incorporate it into your everyday life. It doesn't have to be your standard push-ups, sit-ups and a run. It is possible to make everyday activities into fitness opportunities. You don't have to do this crossfit, p90X and zumba stuff to stay in shape. Another great way to stay fit for parents is to go out and play with the kids this is great for two reason, it keeps you fit and it also sets a good example for your children. Today we had a slight change in the schedule, we had Russell on from KE Arms instead of Tyler from AR500 Armor. Don't worry though because Tyler will be back on the show on the 29th of this month. Russell talked with us about why people should get involved in competition shooting. We also talked about some of the innovations that have come in the world of firearms and gear from the Competition shooting. At the end we finished up with a chat about what it takes to write a truly useful review on a piece of gear or firearm.
