              Today on The Arms Room we had Jermey and Delight from CapTac on the show to talk with us about owning a small business and maintaining strong familiy bonds. They talked with us about how they first got started and what motivated them to open a small business. They have a lot of children and one aspect of their business that Glen enjoys is involving the kids in it. A key to teaching kids the value of money is ensuring they work hard to earn it. Also any pink gear ordered on their site, 10% of the proceds are donated to the National Breast Cancer Foundation. Shattering Your Dreams

              Today on a fun filled episode of The Arms Room we crawled into your heads and ripped out your dream. We went ahead and shattered some common misconceptions that people have about firearms and the "life style" in general. Revolvers are good for killing critters and old west bandits but given almost any semi auto handgun we'll take that 9 times out of 10. We also discussed the infamous 45 vs 9mil argument and shattered that into many small peices. Next up the age old AK vs AR chat, and guess what... they are both great weapons designed for to fulfill certain roles. Cool Guy Gear and should you own it???

              Today on The Arms Room we welcomed back Glen with open arms, yay. Our topic for today was should civilians be able to own night vision, thermals, body armor and Nuclear Weapons. Today was supposed to be an innocent talk about weather or not your average American should own night vision and other Cool Guy gear, it quickly devolved into a conversation about weather or not people should own Nuclear Weapons. The consensus was taht yes they should as long as they can follow the same saftey procedures and storage regulations. My Army Was Harder Than Your Army!!

              Today on a rousing episode of The Arms Room Glen was absent so Mason and John got to fill your ears with their beautiful voices. The topic of today was my Army was harder than your Army and what exactly has changed. John and Mason started out talking about some of the differences between Marine Corps and Army basic training. Next they moved on to the changes in the people who actually attend that training and some of the advances in technology that led to thoes differences. Lastly they finished up by talking about how TRADOC is almostly single handedly destroying the modern US Army.                Today on another rousing episode of The Arms Room we had Ian McCollum Karl Kasarda of InRangeTV on the show to talk with us about the direction small arms are taking. They shared with us some of the most important innovations the firearms world has seen in the last 200 years. One with the greatest impact on the developement of modern military tactics and small arms was the developement of the intermediate cartridge. The also talked with us about the development of modern optics and how they have changed the nature of modern warfare. U.S. Military Training

              Today on The Arms Room we had a good friend John on to talk with us about the quality of military training and how it has changed over the years. John did his time in the military and now serves as an instructor. We started out the show talking about our recent run in with United Airlines on a business trip to PA and they screwed us on our trip home. We started out talking about the new type of warefare that may be on the horizon and what we are doing to prepare for it. We also had a small debate as to the outcome of said war, so if you would like to hear Mason get yelled at on the show give it a listen. SMM3G and Intro to Competition

              Today on another rousing episode of The Arms Room we had our friend Russell Phagan on the show to talk with us about a recent match him and The Arms Room crew shot called Superstition Mountain Mystery Three Gun at Ria Salado Sportsman Club in Mesa AZ. This match was Masons first expierence with a nationally ranked match so he shared his expierence at the match. Russell talked with us about some of the tips and tricks he has picked up over the years as a competition shooter. Lastly Glen, Russell and Mason talked about some of the equipment that was used at the match. Radio Communications Reloaded

              Today on The Arms Room we welcomed Ted back on the show to add more information about commo and to answer some of the many questions we recieved from listiners. At the start of the show we touched briefly on the great Tomahawk Missile Barrage into Syria that happened this past week. After that we dove right in to Commo and Ted gave us a little more in depth look at what it takes to get started in the emergency communication world. Ted also put out a list of the equipment you will need to get started such as the radio itself and some of the other accessories you might need. Be sure to tune in nest week to hear our future/past show where we will have Russell on to talk with us about SMM3G and our new intro to Competition class.

Overwatch Precision

              Today on The Arms Room Show we had Cris and the guys from Overwatch Precision on the show to talk with us about upgrading your handgun trigger. They talked about how they got involved in the firearms world and what led to them creating Overwatch Precision. If you want to learn what makes a good trigger then this is the show for you, these guys have forgotten more about triggers than The Arms Room personel will ever know.
